George Strait

Songfacts®:  You can leave comments about the song at the bottom of the page.

This is a duet with country singer Patty Loveless. The song is about the loss of Johnny Cash's lakeside home to fire in April 2007. Part of Cash's landmark music video for "Hurt" was filmed there.
The Cash home that caught fire was owned by Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees at the time it burned down. (thanks, Julian - Oakland, AR)
