This haunting but sentimental song was originally recorded by McLachlan for the 2006 film Charlotte's Web. It won the 2006 Film Critics Society Award for Best Song.

This was penned by Glen Ballard along with Dave Stewart from The Eurythmics. Ballard is best known co-writing and producing Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill album.
