Yes bassist Chris Squire wrote this for his wife at the time, Nikki. It is the only song on Tormato Jon Anderson had no part in writing.
The orchestra was arranged by Andrew Pryce Jackman, who worked with Squire on his solo album Fish Out of Water and was in a band with Squire called The Syn. (thanks, Tom - Eaton, NY, for above 2)
