Gallows frontman Frank Carter explained this song to Kerrang! magazine April 18, 2009: "This is about binge Britain and people living for the weekend. I think the main reason for people doing that is fear - being scared of being stuck and then drinking yourself into oblivion. In a more literal sense, it's also about how much I hate being in a band sometimes."
