  • According to The George Formby Society, this is a Gifford/Cliffe/Formby composition, and was recorded on Regal Zonophone on January 24, 1937, twice. Running to 2 minutes 51 seconds, and apparently intended as a comic song, it is far inferior to the B Side, the uptempo, humorous ditty "With My Little Stick Of Blackpool Rock". >>
