  • This was released as the second single from Montgomery Gentry's seventh album Rebels on the Run. The song was written by former Nashville Star semi-finalist Sean Patrick McGraw and Nashville singer-songwriter Bruce Wallace (Katie Armiger's "Best Song Ever").
  • The song was previously recorded by Jaydee Bixby on his 2008 album Cowboys and Cadillacs, and McGraw also laid down his own version, which was released as a single in 2010.
  • The song's David Pag directed music video follows a day in the life of a single mother who is played by Velvet Sky. The wrestler is a former TNA Women's Knockout Champion and the clip's performance shots were taped in front of a live audience at TNA's "Impact Zone" on the Universal Studio lot in Orlando.
