Running to 3 minutes 45 seconds, the title track, like all the songs on her 2002 album, was written by the lady herself. This typically fine Bic Runga composition is untypically heavy on production; the multi-talented Miss Runga arranging the string section.
In a contemporaneous interview with Natasha Francois for NZ Musician, Bic said the song refers to a chance meeting between friends and how fate brings people together. "It's not a negative record," adding "It's about being excited about coming home, homesickness and love." (thanks, Alexander Baron - London, England, for above 2)
