"When Amy brought that tune in, I was like, 'That's why I love being in Stars.' It's a story song. You get to play a part," he explained during the record's release party. "Over the years, we've had so many opportunities to tell the story of this fictional couple that we invented together. I feel lucky when I sing that song."
