Songfacts®:

  • This montage-ready rocker was the first single from Papa Roach's fifth album. In our interview with lead singer Jacoby Shaddix, he said: "It's about walking that line of temptation, and also about being bold and fearless in your life. Moving on your gut instinct."
  • A big influence on this song's sound and swagger is Mötley Crüe, which was a big influence on Papa Roach.
  • The video was directed by Kevin Kerslake, whose credits include "The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonite" by R.E.M. and "Soul To Squeeze" by Red Hot Chili Peppers. It was shot at a private concert the band put on at the Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles on August 3, 2006. To make sure the show was stocked with their biggest fans, they posted details of the event on their website and MySpace page (remember, this was 2006).
