Songfacts®:

  • This song finds Meek Mill and his girlfriend, Nicki Minaj, telling us how their relationship blossomed. At one point on the track, they trade bars describing about how they met each other in a club. Other collaborations between the pair include "Buy a Heart" and "Big Daddy" from Minaj's The Pinkprint album plus another Dreams Worth More Than Money track, "Bad For You." Both rappers also featured on the all-star remix for YG's "My Hitta."
  • Chris Brown croons the hook, which also finds him singing about Mill and Minaj meeting in the club and making all the clubbers go crazy. All eyes were apparently on the famous pair.
  • The song's title echoes the title track of 2Pac's famous 1996 album All Eyez On Me.
  • Meek Mill listened to the guidance Nicki Minaj doled out to him for this song. "She gives me advice,' the rapper told MTV News. "Actually, 'All Eyes on You' with Chris Brown was really her idea, where she thought she could help take that record to the next level, and she thought it was a big record. So we went back and forth about it for a long time."
  • The steamy Benny Boom-directed video opens up to a sunlit mansion, with Minaj and Meek hanging out by the pool. Queen Barbz apparently came close to an accident. "I almost fell," she recalled, "there was an extra step in the pool that I didn't know about."

Throughout the clip there are scenes of Meek and Minaj cuddling and kissing in bed together. Minaj recalled: "We kept kissing in the bed scene and we both looked at Benny and said 'this is all we do all day.'"

Chris Brown features in the clip, singing against a wall. Atlanta hip hop group Migos also make a cameo appearance during shots of Meek and Minaj in a nightclub.
  • This was the lead single of Dreams Worth More Than Money, despite Meek Mill's reservations. "She (Nicki Minaj) wanted it to be my single, and I didn't. It turned into an ego argument,' he admitted, to Billboard magazine.

"She killed me on that song but I don't really care," Mill added. "When my girl do better than me, I still win. When I do better than her, she still wins."
