  • The lead single from Double Dutchess, this is a bouncy, bass-heavy, hip-hop number in which a brassy Fergie declares that she's still got sex appeal even though she's now a mom.

Heard you in the mood for a little M.I.L.F. shake
Welcome to the Dairy Dutchess Love Factory
I could whip it up, mix you up straight away
Come on in the front door, leave it out the back door, whip it, flip it, hey

M.I.L.F. is an acronym for the phrase "Mom I'd Like to F--k". (Fergie, who is married to actor Josh Duhamel, became a mom in 2013 when she birthed Axl Jack).
  • The video features Fergie, as well as other hot mothers including Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen, Alessandra Ambrosio, Devon Aoki and Ciara getting pampered, breast feeding and doing other mom-ish things.

A milk truck at the beginning of the video has painted on it a cleaned up version of the acronym: "Moms I'd Like To Follow." Fergie explained: "Changing the acronym to Moms I'd Like To Follow is about empowering women who do it all. They have a career, a family, and still find the time to take care of themselves and feel sexy. With a wink of course."
  • Speaking with Jam! Music, Fergie explained the video is about empowering moms to have fun. "Being a mom and having a career, taking care of yourself and still being able to be flirty and fun and a little naughty sometimes - there's nothing wrong with that," she said. "Society tries to tell moms what they should and shouldn't be, and it's just a little freeing to have fun with pushing those limits a bit. I might do it a little bit more than others, but that's just who I am."
  • Chrissy Teigen can be seen in the video breastfeeding little Luna, her child with singer husband John Legend. "Kim texted me, 'Hey, Fergie is shooting a video and said you should be in it," she told People magazine. "(I said), 'Absolutely, Kim, what days are you shooting? I'm in'. It was so much fun to do. I love Fergie. I love her music. And it was just really nice."

Teigen defended her decision to breastfeed her baby daughter. "Obviously, Luna is in it," she said. "But they closed down the set because Luna was so new. She was maybe four-weeks old. They turned off the air. They cleared people out. And it was her natural lunch time anyway... I think it's beautiful."
  • The idea for the song came to Fergie when she was first pregnant in early 2013. She recalled to NME: "I was working with [producer] Polow Da Don at the time on a 2 Chainz track called 'Netflix.' And Polow kind of crawled in my head and said, 'Fergie, you gonna change people's views of artists who have babies.' I'd never thought of that before, but I don't wanna hide who I am; I'm all about being who you are and owning that. And so 'M.I.L.F. $' was my way of doing that with a wink to the audience and being sexual and flirty and fun and a little bit naughty, but with a quirky sense of humour about it.

When I was breastfeeding, my husband would come in and say, 'The milkman is here!' which helped me with the lyrics because all these different milk puns would come into my head. Like, the club in the video is called 'M.I.L.F. Shakes'. This song has been marinating, if you will, for about three and a half years now!"
