This song is about a girlfriend who knows her man is cheating and wants to know who the other woman is.
The video received much air time, in which front-woman Annie Lennox sings the lyrics while her bandmate and then-lover Dave Stewart escorts several attractive women into a fancy restaurant. Ironically, one of the women featured (Siobhan Fahey of Bananarama) married Stewart a few years after this song was released. (thanks, Mike - santa barbara, CA, for above 2)
