This dates back to 1999, when Jones was in a band called Wax Poetic and wrote the song with band member Ilhan Ersahin. In the song, Jones reflects on the wonderful memories she had with someone, but realizes she must now let him go. It's a similar sentiment to the song "
I Will Always Love You."
