  • Anthrax's contribution to the second mixtape for HBO's hit fantasy series Game Of Thrones is a song that the band had already written the music for. Guitarist/lyricist Scott Ian explained to Kaaos TV: "We didn't have time to start writing something brand new from scratch. We listened to all the material we had and made the decision. That one just… We all thought the same thing. Everybody listened to the demos and we all had the same idea that this one demo just sounded like that should be the song for Game Of Thrones, so it was a pretty easy decision."

"The lyrics weren't written yet, though," Ian added. "We only had the music, so then [the show producers] said you have to pick something about the show to write about."
  • Speaking with Metal Hammer, Scott Ian said: "All of you out there who watch Game Of Thrones, much like me, probably think it's a very metal TV show. And just know: the reason for that is that one of the creators [D.B. Weiss] is a huge metalhead."
  • Scott Ian explained the song's meaning to Kerrang!: "It's about the Lannisters! Obviously! So, everything from power, money, paying their debts, incest, these words, and it was really fun getting to write a song that way."

  • S.k.bullard from North CarolinaScott Ian is not the vocalist for the band Anthrax. He is one of the founding members of Anthrax!! Scott plays both lead and rhythm as one of the band's guitarist, and he sings backing vocals. Mr.Ian also is one of the band's head lyricists and writers. Joey Belladonna is the lead singer of Anthrax. [thanks, got that fixed - editor]
