  • This is the first official single from American rapper T.I.'s eighth album Trouble Man. Speaking to XXL magazine, the MC explained that the song is "speaking to women, but from a man's perspective. People who find themselves in a situation where the woman might say she wants to part ways with the man, but the man [is] like, 'Let's be sensible about this. You gonna leave all this? And go where?'"

The song was produced by Mars of the production team 1500 or Nothin, and was released on April 2, 2012 via YouTube.
  • That's T.I. himself harmonizing on the song's hook. It's not the first time Tip's sung on one of his singles; he delivered breathy, soft vocals on the chorus of his 2008 chart-topper "Whatever You Like."
  • "Come get with T.I.P., be ballin' till you D.I.E.," T.I. raps on the track. Tip told MTV News that a 1972 Marvin Gaye song of the same name was the inspiration for the album title. "The name of the album is Trouble Man, and every song on here is about things that can get me in trouble," he explained. "I'm reminiscing on the days when I used to run wild and do my thing the way I used to do it. I've got records that are just totally intellectually ignorant."
