  • Vocalist Josh Franceschi (from Kerrang! magazine): "This was written about a time when I was single and I had about three girls on the go at the same time. It's so upbeat it almost needs a burlesque video to go with it."
  • The band borrowed the song title from the 2011 Vince Vaughn comedy drama The Dilemma, which Franceschi told This Is Fake DIY, "is actually about a dilemma where he thinks that his mate's wife in cheating on him."
