Sebastian Bach Performs “I Wanna Rock” With Eddie Ojeda of Twisted Sister Ahead of Reunion Tour

On April 6, 2026, Sebastian Bach invited Twisted Sister guitarist Eddie Ojeda on stage. Together, they performed the Twisted Sister iconic hit “I Wanna Rock.” Bach is currently wrapping up his solo headlining tour and will join Twisted Sister as their frontman this fall. Though Bach has performed the song on tour many times this year, this is the first time we see him paired with guitarist Eddie Ojeda. Twisted Sister frontman, Dee Snider, has resigned from touring due to physical issues but has given the band and Bach his blessing for the upcoming tour.

Sebastian Bach is best known as the former lead singer for Skid Row. Skid Row made waves with a string of hits in the late 1980s. Bach joined Skid Row in 1987, after being discovered by Jon Bon Jovi’s parents at the wedding of rock photographer Mark Weiss in 1986. They recommended Bach to Skid Row guitarist Dave Sabo, who was a childhood friend of Jon Bon Jovi. Jovi and Sabo told each other early on that if one makes it big, they’ll help the other achieve success as well. In 1989, Skid Row released their debut self-titled album. It generated the hits “Youth Gone Wild,” the No. 4 hit “18 and Life,” and the No. 4 hit “I Remember You.” The album went 5 times platinum, and Skid Row supported Bon Jovi on their iconic New Jersey tour in 1989.

Twisted Sister Is Set To Embark on 50th Anniversary Tour This Fall

With the blessing of Dee Snider, Twisted Sister will embark on a reunion tour with Sebastian Bach. Initially, the tour was set to include Snider, who backed out of the plans in early 2026. Instead of a full-scale tour, the group will perform on selected, limited dates. It seems Bach’s invitation of Eddie Ojeda on stage on Monday night was a taste of what’s to come, giving fans a hint of Bach’s dynamic with the band.

On the band’s website, the only date announced so far is September 4 at Borealis Theatre in Palmer, Alaska. The original tour, which has been cancelled, was set to start in April in São Paulo. The upcoming tour will not interfere with Bach’s solo headlining tour. Bach has been performing “I Wanna Rock” on his recent tour, ahead of joining Twisted Sister.

Songfacts: I Wanna Rock | Twisted Sister

Album:Stay Hungry [1984]

Twisted Sister is sometimes considered a one-hit wonder with We’re Not Gonna Take It, but even though this song stalled at #68, it had a huge cultural impact and enjoyed lots of airplay for years to come. VH1 put it at #20 on their list of the 40 Greatest Metal Song of All Time. (thanks, Bert – Pueblo, NM, for all above)
