With her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, Shakira has officially set a Guinness World Record.
The tour has earned $357,400,000 so far across 64 shows, with over 2.5 million tickets sold, making it the highest-grossing Latin tour ever by a woman. It’s also the second highest-grossing Latin tour of all time, behind only Luis Miguel and his 2023 tour, which earned over $400 million, and the 10th highest-grossing tour by a female artist. With more shows remaining and the possibility of added dates, it’s likely those numbers will be even higher by the time it wraps up.
“After a 30 year career, that took so much effort and met so many challenges, to be living this amazing moment is unbelievable,” she said in a statement to Billboard.
As a result of the tour’s success, Shakira was named Billboard’s Global Touring Icon in November of 2025. She has also broken records for some individual shows for the tour, such as for fastest ticket sales or highest attendance, especially in Mexico and South America. Most notably, she played a historic 12-concert run at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, the most concerts the venue has ever hosted from a single tour.
Demand for tickets in North America was so high, Shakira canceled a plan arena tour and upgraded the venues to stadiums, a move which ultimately paid off and contributed to the tour’s record-breaking ticket sales.
In a backstage interview with Billboard, Shakira commented on the therapeutic power of music, saying, “I believe this has been a healing process for me and for many peopleโnot just women; men, too. I think together we’ve learned that you grow from setbacks and that together we heal when we support each other. These are more than just concerts. Theyโre very profound gatherings where healing happens. With each show, I feel stronger and happier.”
The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour kicked off in February of 2025 and will continue though April of this year.
