Songfacts®:

  • This study of privileged characters whose actions carry no consequences is the second single from California rock band AFI's eighth studio album, Crash Love. The song peaked at #23 on the Alternative Songs chart.
  • The song's music video was filmed in Temecula, California, on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, and was directed by Travis Kopach. We see AFI attending a decadent party of young socialites at an opulent mansion, where they've been invited to perform. While there, the band members proceed to spike the punch with poison, killing all of the guests. In a making-of feature for the video, lead singer Davey Havok explains that the clip "shows people actually being forced to be responsible for their actions. We implement that retribution, if you will."
