  • According to Kerrang! magazine, this song is "An anthem for the broken-hearted." Says Tom DeLonge: "I have a friend who's got a girlfriend that's the cheating type. It's a terrible situation where my friend is being crushed from the inside out by all the manipulative stuff she's doing and this song is about that." >>

  • Louis from Glendale, AzHats off to Angels & Airwaves for making great 80's inspired music. Really, people will say this is the best band ever, really, there is no best. But, these guys are really good. But, I personally think they should start doing more guitar riffs, and use more chords then the ones they use for guitars currently.

In I-Empire, they actually pulled that off. They stripped a lot of the piano/synth stuff and put more guitar into it, but there is still only one string being used at certain moments, same chords, etc. But, the lyrics, singing, drums and bass make up for the guitar and the newly-broken-down synth/piano mixes. That's what makes these guys good.
  • Ben from Gosford, AustraliaThis is my favorite song on the album. Sounds so much like an 80's Cure song, especially at the start.
