Mom Song

  • songfacts ®
  • Lyrics
  • This is an original novelty song co-written by Italian composer Gioachino Rossini who died in 1868, and American comedianne Anita Renfroe, who was born in 1963. Actually, Rossini's "William Tell Overture" has been much parodied, probably none better than by Renfroe whose lyrics condense everything a mother will say in a day into a shade under three minutes. >>
