  • In a December 2015 interview with the Sun newspaper, Aurora said this was the first song she ever wrote and that it was inspired by "seeing a drunk man sleeping on the streets."

    The song deals with conflict and social ills, and how we can become desensitized to it, as if it were all a dream. >>

  • Aurora told the Telegraph that she was just nine years old when she wrote the song. After she earned some acclaim, audio of her performing the song at a high school graduation party emerged.
