Tadlock's Glasses

Album: Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. Two (2011)

Songfacts®:

  • Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. Two is the eighth studio album by the Beastie Boys. It's original name was this song's title, which was stated to be a reference to a bus driver named Tadlock, who used to drive for Elvis Presley's back-up singers. The story goes that Elvis once gave Tadlock a pair of glasses, which he was proud of. It was later speculated that the tale was simply a joke misinterpreted by the media.
