Album: Like an Arrow (2016)
  • The closing track of Like an Arrow, this features Gregg Allman. The Blackberry Smoke guys had played a few shows with the iconic Georgia artist over the years and became friendly with him. When they were tracking this song it seemed the perfect tune for him to add his voice.

"He's a really great guy, of course - and a legend, of course!" frontman Charlie Starr told The Boot. "It's a very Macon, Georgia, type of song anyway; it's got that feel … Unfortunately, we weren't able to be there the day that he did it - we were in Spain - but we got on the telephone, and, I mean, he's Gregg. He went in and just killed it."
