  • Vocalist Beau Bokan explained the song's meaning to Kerrang! magazine: "I tried to take a different angle on the whole zombie metaphor," he said. "It's about those souless, mindless people in bands going through the motions and having no real purpose in life. You see so many who are playing music because they want to be famous and not because they have anything to say."
