  • Borai is a Bristol-based producer, DJ, and club promoter, and Denham Audio a producer and DJ from Sheffield. The pair have collaborated on several tracks and are regular fixtures on UK festival and club lineups.

Initially teased in 2018, this euphoric breakbeat banger fuses vocals from Donna Allen's 1986 dance-pop hit "Serious" together with the much-sampled drum break from The Winstons' 1969 funk-soul number "Amen Brother."
  • When DJ La La dropped "Make Me" in a MixMag Lab livestream in 2022, it blew up on social media. Unfortunately, the sample clearance held up its official release for months, but Borai & Denham Audio finally got everything sorted and dropped the track in late March 2023.
  • According to Borai, "Make Me" comprises 90% original material. "That being said, the fact that everyone already kind of knows the refrain has definitely played to our advantage," he admitted to Hyponik. "It's like a forgotten memory that gives you a warm hug and it really seems to resonate with people."
