Songfacts®:

  • Cardi B unleashes pure fire in "Enough (Miami)," a track overflowing with sass and shutting down haters. She laughs off the competition then switches gears, spitting rhymes like Dr. Seuss on the mic. Living the high life in Miami while others cram into metaphorical sardine cans? Classic Cardi. By the end, she's towering over the competition, brushing off negativity like dust.
  • Cardi B dropped "Enough (Miami)," on March 15, 2024. Its release came a two weeks after "Like What (Freestyle))," another no-holds-barred takedown of her rivals.
  • Atlanta's OG Parker, also known for his work with Megan Thee Stallion and Migos, crafted a cool, spacious digital trap beat that puts Cardi's bars front and center. Parker's a Grammy-winning producer, snagging the Album of the Year award for his work on Jazmine Sullivan's "On It."
  • "Enough (Miami)" arrived with a music video in which Cardi rocks a bunch of elaborate outfits that don't amount to much clothing. The Patience Harding-directed clip bears the heavy influence of Cardi's musical icon Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott's most beloved visual spectacles.
  • Joshua Fraustro and Miguel Aguilar, known as Kemika 1956, brought legal action against Cardi B, claiming she used their 2021 track "Greasy Frybread" in "Enough (Miami)" without getting their permission first. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr threw out the lawsuit on March 30, 2026. He ruled there are "fatal deficiencies" in the litigation and contained "no factual support."
