Songfacts®:

  • This is one of several tracks featuring romantic partners Cardi B and Offset that was released in 2017. The "Bodak Yellow" rapper also guested on "MotorSport," the lead single from Offset's group Migos' Culture II album and Offset contributed to the remix to Cardi B's Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 2 single "Lick."
  • The song marked the first time that the two lovebirds recorded in the studio with each other. Cardi B shared the story behind the song in an Instagram post:

"Ok soooo this was the first time I ever got in the studio with Offset. I did 'Lick' way before he featured on it. Anyways I was soo nervous 'cause he was looking at me like, 'Let's see if she really be doing this s--t on her own.' Then I got in the booth [and] had to show his ass why he had to put a ring on this finger."
