Songfacts®:

  • This is the finale from the 2007 film and later award winning stage musical Legally Blonde. Like the rest of the score, "Find My Way/Finale" was written by the husband and wife team of Laurence O'Keefe and Nell Benjamin. Both contributed to the music and lyrics.

After winning the trial, Elle is approached by her ex, Warner, who has decided he wants a blonde wife after all, but alas it is too late; it is Emmett who gets the girl. Elle sings "Find My Way" and the finale is a grand event with the Company finishing off to the strains of "Omigod You Guys" and the title song "Legally Blonde". >>
