Songfacts®:

  • This song was inspired by a recurring dream that plagued vocalist Ben Romans-Hopcraft during the summer of 2013. He explained to NME: "This ghost – a sinister bald-headed woman -would come and hold me down in my bed by my shoulders. She'd tell me that she loves me and that she cares about me, but in a really menacing way. I had to get her out of my head. She hasn't come back since we wrote that."
