I Can Tell You About Pain

Album: The Dusk in Us (2017)
  • Vocalist Jacob Bannon explained the song's meaning to Kerrang:

"Lyrically it is a vitriolic song about the toxicity of generalization and the struggle to break from dysfunction dash the words are pretty straightforward in that regard.

Musically the track was written and refined by all of us in the band. And personally, it was one of those songs that really struck a chord early on in a writing and recording process."
