  • Delilah penned this song with the American songwriter and producer Reggie "Syience" Perry, who has won Grammys for his work on Mary J. Blige's Growing Pains and Ne-Yo's Because Of You.
  • Regarding the song's meaning, Delilah said: "Simply put (it) is about love. Falling out of it! The breakdown of a relationship, but learning to look forward as every cloud has a silver lining."
  • The song was released as a single on September 17, 2012. It includes a remix by UK garage innovator MJ Cole, who is according to Delilah, "one of my all-time favourite producers."
