Songfacts®:

  • This euphoric celebration of unity finds Ella Eyre singing about being "better off as two." The track was produced by Manchester duo Futurecut (aka 2D and D-Cutz) who has previously worked with the likes of Lily Allen ("LDN") Wretch 32 ("Unorthodox") and Olly Murs ("Army Of Two").
  • The song's music video was shot by Craig Moore, who previously directed the clip for Sigma's UK #1 single "Changing." It finds Ella Eyre trading in her mundane job for a road trip in a camper van along the Spanish coast.
  • During the Camp Bestival at the Guardian Literary Institute in 2015, Eyre explained what inspired the concept for the music video. "I got sent loads of ideas and I didn't like any of them and I had a day to put together a music video that made sense. Because the song is about unity and it's about coming together with a friend and having a good time I wanted the video to be genuine so I flew my friends out to Barcelona."

She continued, "The people in the music video are my friends they're not actors. We just had a really fun weekend driving round in a VW van and stealing stuff. We didn't actually steal stuff."
