  • U2's Bono played harmonica on this track. He and Etheridge were recording at the same time at A&M Studios in Hollywood. When Bono wandered in to hear her sing, Etheridge asked him to play on the track, so Bono did.
  • The time and place are in the title to this track: Etheridge wrote it on April 16, 1988 at the Royal Station Hotel, Newcastle Upon Tyne. >>
