Songfacts®:

  • This song is a collaboration with Miami producer Cainon Lamb, who is best known for supplying the instrumentation for such hit singles as Beyoncé's "Countdown" and Keyshia Cole's Missy Elliott featuring "Let It Go." Not only does Lamb supply the minimalist trap beat, he also provides the vocals for the hook - the first time he's ever rapped on a record.
  • The music video was directed by Missy Elliott with her longtime collaborator Dave Meyers, who also shot the visuals for "Work It" and "Lose Control," among others. He won a Grammy for her "Lose Control" clip back in 2005.

Missy also choreographed the high-energy dance routines with Sean Bankhead.
