Songfacts®:

  • Sam Hunt closes his Montavello album with this take on making love in the back of a truck. Penned by the singer with Kylie Sackley and Brandon Hood, the track originally featured on the singer's 2013 acoustic mixtape Between the Pines.
  • The tracks on Montavello are country songs sprinkled with other genres such as R&B, pop and rap. Radio.com commented to Hunt that this cut sounds like a Drake song. "I never listened to a lot of Drake but I imagine that Drake and I are influenced by a lot of the same people," Hunt responded. "There was definitely a sound that was heard throughout '90s R&B. I think that influenced a lot of what I'm doing. I remember the first time I listened to Usher. I was blown away by that vibe and I think that stuck with me since then."
