You Don't Have To Be Lonely

Album: Home To Me (2013)

Songfacts®:

  • Darling revealed to Billboard magazine that she nearly missed out on this romantic ballad. "Dann Huff and I were working on the project, and looking for songs," she explained. "I had been pitched it, and told him how much I loved it. He told me that Jay DeMarcus from Rascal Flatts had written it, but it was on hold for them. They ended up not cutting it, and the day I found out, I said I wanted to cut it immediately."
