Songfacts®:

  • Sebastian Bach isn't saying in this song that all his friends are dead in a physical sense but more in terms of the expression, "you're dead to me." He explained to Guitar World: "It can be somebody that's still physically alive, but you're no longer friends with. It can also play into the lifestyle that people lead, and in this business a lot of people die. So that has a lot to do with it too."
  • The song's music video features Duff McKagan from Guns N' Roses on guitar (he also played on the album) and Will Hunt from Evanescence, on drums.
