  • Sick Puppies aren't always so bellicose. The Australian band got a lot of attention in 2006 when they promoted free hugs in a video set to their song "All The Same." Shim Moore appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show to discuss it.
  • "You're Going Down" was the lead single from Sick Puppies' third album, Tri-Polar. After earning acclaim in their native Australia with their 2001 debut album Welcome To The Real World, they moved to Los Angeles in 2005 and made inroads in America. "You're Going Down" was their first international hit, going to #2 on the American Mainstream Rock chart.
  • The song was produced by Rock Mafia, the team of Antonina Armato and Tim James, known for their work with Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez. They're credited as writers on the track along with Shim Moore and Sick Puppies bass player Emma Anzai.
  • "You're Going Down" got a lot of attention in 2009 when it was used in promos for the WWE Extreme Rules pay per view. The next year, it was part of the soundtrack to the WWE video game SmackDown vs. Raw.
