Falling Star

Songfacts®:

  • All of the Luminous album was self-produced by The Horrors with the exception of this atmospheric track, which was helmed by Paul Epworth (Adele, Florence and the Machine). Frontman Faris Badwan explained to The Sun: "With 'Falling Star,' we had this song instrumentally for a long time and tried out loads of different vocals, melodies and lyrics, but weren't happy with any of them. Paul is so gifted, so I wanted to see what his opinions were."
