Go Back Home

Album: The Scottsboro Boys (2010)
  • This is another song from the musical adaptation of the true story of The Scottsboro Boys, and like all the others was written by the team of Kander & Ebb.

This downtempo number sees the unfortunates lamenting their lot and hoping they can go back home. They did eventually, but only after years of protracted legal misfortunes. >>
