Bullethead

Album: A Different Kind of Truth (2012)
Play Video

Songfacts®:

  • A hard rocking song as fast and heavy as anything Van Halen has previously done, the tune dates back to Van Halen's club days (1977, to be exact) and is a fairly faithful rendition of the original. One addition is the insertion of the album title in the lyrics.
  • This is a track on A Different Kind of Truth, the album that brought David Lee Roth back into the fold. Released in 2012, it was the first Van Halen album since Van Halen III in 1998 (Gary Cherone was lead singer on that one), and it ended up being the last Van Halen album.
