Songfacts®:

  • The lead single from We Are The In Crowd's Weird Kids album, this was released on December 10, 2013.
  • Singer Tay Jardine told HMV.com that the band originally came up with the album title in February 2013. "It was more of an idea, we never thought of it as a title, we didn't want to call our fans weird, but as time went on, it just seemed to make more and more sense," she explained. "We realized that everyone associated with our band, our friends, our fans, the people we work with, our crew, in this creative music world, we're all kind of weird. This title is a way of accepting that, we're all weird, we're OK with that."
  • The music video was shot in the desert, two hours outside of Los Angeles in the same place where the 2003 movie Holes was filmed. It really is Tay Jardine driving the car. She told Kerrang! magazine: "I didn't get to do all the crazy stunts, I got to drive extremely fast. I also got to do one crazy shot: the big 'donut'! It's towards the middle, where the car is spinning with headlights on. It was terrifying!"
