  • Basil from Elevaterthis is so good!
  • Mia from Texas I like this song I would put me hands up in my car when shed sing " so I put my hands up to play my song" I Love it so much
  • Kur Ezekiel from Juba South Sudanthis is my all time favorite Party in the USA
  • Steven from Des Plaines, Il[This Song Was The Anthem For Osama Bin Laden's Death]
  • Jessica from Bangor, Meto those calling her all these names and talking about the stupid stripper pole, give her a break and get over yourselves! she`s growing up she`s not hannah montana anymore....GET OVER IT!!!
  • Mary from Phoenix, AzI'm with you, Kayla in TX. I just watched the video on youtube and cannot BELIEVE how they are making a big deal and calling THAT pole dancing. It most certainly was NOT pole dancing. In fact, she made one tiny move to the beat of the song, and that's it. The rest of the time, she is standing there, HOLDING the pole. People need to get a grip. She's a talented, beautiful girl, and I still think she is a good influence on young girls. The media and non-fans just like to blow things out of proportion. You are all just jealous. So, grow up.

    Miley, I'm proud of you!
  • Carmen from Nwk, NyShe's more then just a stripper, she would be absolutely nothing without her daddy... because thats who signed her!! okay.. Miley is stupid and ugly and the faces that she make on her show are gross.,,
i cant believe stupid young girls look up to her either'

shes just going to turn them to whores, pole dancers, sluts, everything in the book.!!!!!!!!!
date a 20 yr old guy and soo much more!
  • Kayla from Lufkin, TxAfter reading all the comments on the pole dancing I had to go YouTube the performance. Really? THAT'S what people were so shocked about? She held on to a pole to keep her balance... I wouldn't exactly call it pole dancing. Sheesh.
  • Lacey from Chicago, Ili'm one of the few people that actually don't have a problem with her or think she's annoying.. she's working really hard at such a young age plus adding all the pressure put on her. and people say she sucks..oh yeah? when's the next time you'll be on stage performing with famous singers like beyonce?? (which she has) yeah didn't really think so! catchy song... we're out of the "party in the USA" era but ohhhh mannn, it was the best song out there hahah. love miley!!:)
  • Indigo from Adelaide, Australiai am usually annoyed with people who do this but:the only reason i commented on this page was to say how much i despise miley cyrus, and her songs, which are two seperate things entirely. her music is so annoying and it is sad that girls (including my younger sisters) look up to her.
  • Jeff from Boston, MaI heard this on the radio, and while I'm admittedly not a fan of Cyrus' music, this may be the worst song I've ever heard. I actually think better of Cyrus after reading that she did it as a throwaway commercial promotion - at her age it is not really fair to expect her to strike out with a lot of artistic independence.

As for the increasing sexualization of Cyrus, it would be less troubling if it seemeed to stem from the girl's own maturation into a woman, but in fact it seems to be creepily coming from those around her who should be protecting her instead. Does anybody really think that taking off her clothes for that magazine shoot or having a dancing pole on set were Miley's ideas?
  • Anh from Lewisville, Txgreat now she's a stripper
  • Bob from Dallas, NcLove the song, hate her, and agree completely about the pole dancing thing. If she's an icon for girls from 3-15, I don't think she shouldve done that.
  • Samantha from Monroe County, Pai hate her love the song but man wat was up with that picture ?? her dad wasnt there it was her grandma!!
  • William from Jackson, Mipeople are just P.O'ed that she went away from country - good thing i think like 80% of the population live in cities now . as for the "pole dance" -its 2009 and most towns have them places.
  • Aly from Los Angeles, Cathis song is pretty good. but what was up with her dancing on a striper poll at the tca's?
