  • I have no answer for you little lamb
    I can help you out
But I cannot help you in

Sometimes you think that life is hard
And this is only one of them

My heart is breaking for you little lamb
    I can help you out
But we may never meet again

La La La La La La La La
    Dragonfly fly by my window
You and I still have a way to go
Don't know why you hang around my door
I Don't live here any more

Since you've gone I never know
I go on, but I miss you so

    Dragonfly don't keep me waiting
When we try, we'll have a way to go

Dragonfly, you've been away too long
How did two rights make a wrong

Since you've gone I never know
I go on but i miss you so
In my heart I feel the pain
    Keeps coming back again

    Dragonfly fly by my window
I'm Flying can't you see me I'm flying
You and I can find a way to see

Dragonfly, the years ahead will show
    How little we really know

Since you've gone its never right
They go on the lonely nights,
Come on home and make it right

My heart is aching for you little lamb
    I can help you out
But I cannot help you in

  • Gino from Lady Lake Fl.I realy beleve Lityle lamb Dragon fly , that Paul wrote is about him and Johns relationship after the Beatles break up. Dragon fly ( could be John) dont keep me waiting. When we try (to reunite) we'll have a way to go. Dragofly, youve been away too long. HOW DID TWO RIGHTS MAKE A WRONG? Since youve gone I never know, I go on but i miss you so, in my heart i feel the pain, keeps coming back again.
  • Virginia Abreu De Paula from BrazilTwo songs here. Little lamb is for the little lamb, of course it is. Paul loves animals and suffered for the little lamb. Dragon fly is another song.
  • Virginia Abreu De Paula from Montes Claros BrazilThe intro do sounds like Woman. As Woman was written much later it was John who got inspired by Paul's song. I also heard Paul wrote it also for John. I mean, he got inspired by the little lamb they were nursering, but it seems John used to imitate lamb's voice while recording. It was written when he and Paul were in bad terms. But he missed him very much. Pain in his heart. He also recognises both made mistakes. I can't guarantee it is true, but for sure it makes sense.
  • Don from Sevierville, TnI think the chant resembles Rocky Racoon, and some of the guitar riffs resemble the intro to Woman (from John Lennon's Double Fantasy album, also released as a single after he was murdered).
  • Melissa from Fairborn, OhMmm, I heard that song for a few times from a few years ago, and yes it's a strange song.
