  • Armin from Dallas/fort WorthIt's funny that Peter Grant and Atlantic didn't think this sounded enough like Zeppelin, when it sounds just like a continuation of In Through the Out Door. In fact, this song sounds very much like In the Evening, with the lyric, "I need your love" and the Page-like riff and guitar solo. I remember well how Plant wanted to shed the Led Zeppelin albatross, even refusing to perform their songs for years after the breakup. Personally, I think this album and The Principle of Moments are his best but it sounds like he had to make concessions with this song to those with commercial interests in his orbit, just as he has relented to perform Stairway to Heaven on occasion because, in his words, he's "an old softie."
