  • Max"The lyric is "a licky boom boom dem" not "down". It is referring to them being butt kissers to put it nicely." No it isn't.
    In a '93 documentary, Snow said "A licky boom boom down" means knocking an informer/snitch out. The music video itself seems to imply shooting them since he's pantomiming gunshots.
