Songfacts®:

  • 7dayBinge is Todd Harrell (3 Doors Down) on bass, Jon Nicholson (Muzik Mafia) on guitar and vocals, Kenny Olson (Kid Rock's band) on lead guitar, and Shannon Boone on drums. Boone told us:
"This song came together one day while we were tightening everything up to go in the studio and start recording the record. It started out as just the phrase 'I was born on a 7 day binge.' We started jammin' on it and it all came together almost too easy! It's a great live song that gets the crowd singing along to the chorus even if its the first time hearing it. The lyrics are pretty self explanatory! Its all about bein on a binge!" (Check out the 7dayBinge MySpace page.)
