  • MacDonald penned this heart breaking ballad about her late grandmother's Alzheimer's Disease. "My nana suffered from Alzheimer's before she died 10 years ago," the Scottish songstress explained to The Daily Record. "It was really difficult when I visited her because she didn't know who I was any more and she didn't know who she was."

"I just wanted to write a song that found a positive," she continued. "I was in high school when I was going through that and my mum said that I shouldn't worry, that my nana had left her body and was in a better place. I wanted to put that into words to help other people, to be a comfort to people who have to go through that."
