Songfacts®:

  • In this song, Scooter Ward is absolutely detesting a woman he can't get away from because he cares about her too much. He can't believe she has so much control over him, and in the end, the woman in the song says quietly: "I'd die for your love."

Ward explained: "It's about one of my band members who had problems with his girlfriend, and that got me pissed off because when people around me get hurt I get depressed as well. I was really upset, and I just went crazy."

He added: "It's just a song about being f--ked over by somebody."
